Job Offer: Limited Energy Technician (LEA)
$40 - $50 per hour (DOE) | DBE
SERA Custom Integrators by Stereo Planet is seeking a skilled and motivated Limited Energy Technician (LEA) to join our installation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing a variety of low-voltage systems, including security, audio/visual, and other related systems, in both commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior technicians or apprentices.
As a direct representation of our company values, you will maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while interacting with clients, coworkers, and other trades. Clear communication and excellent customer service will be key in this role.
What We’re Looking For:
Oregon LEA license
5+ years of hands-on low voltage installation experience
A neat, presentable appearance
Clean DMV record and valid driver’s license
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and research skills
Areas of Knowledge Necessary:
Burglary, access, and surveillance systems
Audio/Visual systems
Data networking and communication systems
Relays, digital, and analog circuitry
Power supplies and distribution
Wire termination, labeling, and management
Proficiency with electronic testing devices and power tools
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
