Cascade Container (Bend, OR) sells, rents, and modifies shipping containers. We’re growing fast and need a dependable, hands-on pro who can weld today and help run the yard tomorrow. If you take ownership, solve problems, and show up ready to work, this is a career—not just a job.
Schedule & Location
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30 (overtime possible)
On-site at our Bend yard (outdoor work in all seasons)
What You’ll Do
Weld, cut, and fabricate container modifications (doors, windows, framing, etc.)
Handle general construction and repair projects
Load/unload trucks and move containers (forklift training provided)
Take initiative and work independently when needed
Grow into managing the yard and leading builds when ownership is off-site
What You Bring
Welding experience (required: MIG; stick/flux core a plus)
Construction/fabrication background
Forklift/heavy equipment experience a plus (we can train)
Reliable, safety-minded, self-directed, comfortable working outdoors
Ambition to lead and raise the bar on quality and pace
Compensation & Growth
$34–$40 per hour DOE
Performance-based pay increase with time
