Wesco Autobody Supply is looking for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Small Vehicle Local Delivery Driver to represent Wesco at our Bend, Oregon location! This is Monday to Friday, Dayshift position driving a company provided vehicle.
Duties:
- Safely operate company delivery vehicle, such as van to transport goods to customers.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or documentation.
- Communicate with customers to address any concerns or issues regarding deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving and operating the delivery vehicle.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record or less than two tickets.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery schedules.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and address any concerns.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.
