Seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic Supervisor with a knack for management and inventory control. This role demands a blend of technical expertise in diesel mechanics and exceptional leadership skills to oversee our maintenance operations and team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of mechanics, fostering a productive and safe work environment.

- Oversee and optimize inventory management, ensuring availability of essential parts and materials.

- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maintain fleet availability.

- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards across all operations.
