Position Summary:
Full-time and Part-Time available. We are on the lookout for a professional and enthusiastic Charter Bus Driver to enhance our fleet. The ideal candidate is someone with a deep passion for driving, a steadfast commitment to exceptional customer service, and an unwavering emphasis on safety and reliability. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our passengers' travel experience is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe transportation of passengers to various destinations across Bend, Redmond, Klamath Falls and surrounding areas, maintaining punctuality and professionalism.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it meets safety standards and regulations.
- Provide clear and courteous communication to passengers regarding schedules, routes, and safety instructions.
- Uphold the cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle at all times.
- Promptly address and report any vehicle maintenance concerns.
- Adhere strictly to traffic and safety regulations.
- Deliver superior customer service, assisting with boarding, luggage handling, and responding to passenger inquiries.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Air Brake and Passenger Endorsements.
- A clean driving record and a strong commitment to safe driving practices.
- At least 2 years of experience in bus driving or a similar capacity.
- Excellent navigation and driving skills.
- Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Physical fitness to perform vehicle inspections and manage luggage.
