Description We are offering a TWO DAY ASSIGNMENT 11/24 and 11/25 Marketing/PR industry, based in Bennington, Vermont, for the role of a Project Assistant. In this role, you will ensure efficient and accurate setup and display of materials at various locations. You will also be responsible for effectively communicating with contact persons, managing timelines, and providing top-notch customer service.Responsibilities: Set up and display materials at various locations for community programs. Engage professionally with the contact person provided at each location. Handle any issues that may arise during the setup process. Ensure high-quality photos of the setup are taken from various angles and distances. Utilize Dropbox to save and organize photos for review. Use Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to manage and organize files. Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records. Manage timelines effectively to meet project deadlines. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
