The Mobile Device Support Analyst should have excellent customer service skills as well as experience working with and supporting non-technical users. The candidate selected for the Mobile Device Support Analyst position should be able to collaborate well staff and users to resolve issues and provide support.Essential Functions:Provide remote support for devices, including equipment troubleshooting, setup, configuration, and maintenance for devices.
Respond to technical incidents, requests, and questions via and online helpdesk system
Support various applications specific for clients environment
Requirements:Bilingual in Spanish required
Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, peripherals, network fundamentals, and Macintosh, Windows, Chrome OS, and mobile platforms
Experience with and knowledge of mobile device management systems including iOS app and configuration deployment
