Position: Part-time Project Manager
Location: Corvallis, Oregon
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: $38.50 - $40 hourly
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
16 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Planning & Implementation:
Oversee all aspects of the center's startup, including operational procedures, staffing, and program design.
Ensure the center is fully equipped and prepared to serve individuals in crisis around the clock.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate closely with leadership and other stakeholders to align efforts with the center’s goals.
Timeline Management:
Create and manage a detailed project timeline to meet key milestones.
Provide regular progress updates to leadership.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
Prepare comprehensive progress reports, identifying challenges and recommending actionable solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Three years of proven experience in as a Project Manager, preferably in behavioral health or healthcare settings.
Knowledge of behavioral health crisis services and experience working with diverse and high-risk populations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
Proficiency in preparing professional reports.
