Good Earth Pest Company is a local family-owned business based out of Corvallis, Oregon. We have been around since 1989 and have steadily grown through hard work and dedication to our team and clients. We provide structural pest control to people and their businesses, delivering safety and peace of mind. Good Earth is looking for our newest Customer Service Representative and we need someone with strong communication skills, a focus on customer service, and a great attitude.
This is an entry-level position that can easily develop into a long-term career. We do not require knowledge or experience in pest control, we will teach you all that you need to know! What we are looking for in our newest Team Member:

Ability to serve our clients with courtesy and respect over the phone/text/emailA successful candidate for this position will:
Receive phone calls from current and potential clients.
Schedule technician routes.
Enter data and new client information into our computer system.
Maintain client records.
Resolve client service issues and taking appropriate actions.
Work as a team alongside our other CSRs and service personnel.
