DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Professional Requirements
- Communicate (both verbally and in writing) in a professional manner that instills confidence in the customer.
- Project an out-going, friendly demeanor, with the ability to easily converse with people, via phone, in-person and email correspondence. This position represents our company and must always act in a professional manner.
- Respond to all email, text, phone, in person and internet inquiries from referral sources promptly. It is expected that the Office/Sales Assistant will respond quickly, consistently, and concisely to all inquiries.
- Assist in the office with customer service and all aspects of trailer checkouts including funding and DMV paperwork. DMV dealer knowledge a plus.
General Duties
Assist in the following:
- Data input into EverLogic
- Help answer incoming calls
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and trailer manufacturers
- Process payments via customer request
- Route calls to appropriate employee(s)
- Fill copiers and fax machines with paper
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School education required
