GENERAL DUTIES:
- Coach and support clients through all stages of employment
- Help clients build positive relationships with coworkers and community members
- Assist clients in developing a solid work ethic and recognizing their learning styles and needs
- Collaborate with clients, employers, coworkers, and support teams
- Document the support provided to clients daily
- Attend training, staff meetings, and ongoing education sessions
GENERAL PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, either personally or professionally
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle frequent changes and stressful situations
- Consistent employment history
- Business casual attire
REQUIREMENTS:
- Three positive professional references
- Pass a criminal history check
- Current CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Possession of an Oregon driver's license and a good driving record
