You will be responsible for sales analysis and production goals, including budgeting, monitoring financial health, and implementing strategies for business growth.
You will serve as the HR staff person, overseeing all personnel matters, from overseeing the hiring process and training to scheduling and supervising department leads.
You will coordinate production with department leads, ensuring efficient product flow, managing wholesale orders, and contributing expertise to whole-grain production techniques
