Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to provide leadership, guidance and direction to the dining staff, under the supervision of the Assistant Manager, to ensure menu items are prepared properly using prescribed cooking methods as well as care in sanitation and safety, and to ensure that customers receive the highest levels of service. The position assumes the supervisory responsibility of the Dining Center in the absence of the Assistant Manager, particularly early morning, evening, and weekend shifts, as well as covering Assistant Manager days off and vacations.

University Housing & Dining Services houses over 4,800 students and offers a variety of living and dining options in 15 residence halls, three dining centers, a market, catering, and 10-14 convenience and coffee shop locations across the Corvallis campus.
