Castor Kitchen & Bar is hiring 1 or 2 experienced line cooks. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast- paced professional kitchen. Basic understanding of culinary techniques & basic meat cooking temperatures. Must be a clean worker and have th basic understanding of sanitation.
Culinary school is a plus but not required.
Experience working in the culinary industry is required.
Oregon food handler card is required.
Part-time to full-time. Can work around other schedules. Must be able to work evenings 3pm-10:30pm Tuesdays-Saturday. Sunday and Mondays off.
