We are a happy, busy, bustling, breakfast cafe. Our pastries are all made in house. We feature laminated doughs.croissants, morning buns etc. Our long time baker/pastry is leaving for new opportunities. We will have 4-5 days of bake offs and dough prep available. Baker works independently and must have their own sense of quality control. Experience is great but not necessary. Attention to detail is important. Great squad to work with.
