About the Position:
The Cook/Kitchen Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of all aspects of food service and delivery within budgetary guidelines. At Prelude, a dinner meal is provided to all clients on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. The menu will be designed in collaboration with the nutrition director. Unique to Prelude, the Cook/Kitchen Manager will be trained for trauma informed and eating disorder aware interactions with clients. Client interactions will need to be eating disorder-informed. At Prelude, all foods fit: there are no good or bad, healthy or unhealthy foods.
