Benco is hiring LPN’s and RN’s. If you are looking for less stress, one-on-one care and a great team to work with, look no further. Benco is a non-profit in Corvallis providing whole life services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home setting.
Full-time set schedule available: Thursday-Sunday 2p-10p = 32 hours per week. (Swing shift)
Must have a valid Oregon LPN or RN license.
Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Starting wage range DOE: $35.00-37.04 Capped at $41.15 (LPN) and Starting wage range DOE: $42.00-44.46 Capped at $46.67 (RN)
Benco offers raises every 6 months for the first 2 years and annually thereafter if the employee has not reached the cap for that position.
Raises are: 3% 6-months, 5% 1-year, 3% 1.5-years, 5% 2-years and 6% thereafter until the cap is reached for that position.
