Benco is hiring for a Program Coordinator position. The position would include managing and overseeing the daily operations of an apartment complex home for 5 adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Come work for a company that makes a difference!
The Program Coordinator position would supervise up to 15 employees, which would include training, scheduling, evaluating, and daily management. The Program Coordinator would ensure quality care, daily support, and person-centered practices for the 5 individuals in their care.
The position is Monday – Friday 8a-4p, however the Program Coordinator position may include working some evenings, weekends or holidays depending on the needs of the program. Flexibility is a must.
Qualifications:
The candidates must have at least 2 years’ college and/or 2 years’ experience working in the IDD field and at least two years’ experience managing/supervising employees.
The candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
The ideal candidates must be flexible, able to prioritize, multi-task, organized, self-motivated and have excellent management/supervisory and people skills.
Wages and Raises:
Starting Wage Range DOE: $44,928.00 - $55,120.00 salaried exempt and capped at $74,480.64.
Benco offers raises every 6 months for the first 2 years and annually thereafter. Raise schedule is as follows: 6 months-3% increase, 1 year-5% increase, 1.5 year-3% increase, 2 year-5% increase and a 6% increase annually thereafter until you meet the cap for that position.
