Benco has a full time Program Coordinator position open. The position would include managing and overseeing the daily operations of a home for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
The Program Coordinator would supervise up to 15 employees, which would include training, scheduling, evaluating and daily management. The program currently serves 4 adults but can serve up to 5 adults.
The position is Monday – Friday 8a-4p, however the Program Coordinator may have to work some evenings, weekends or holidays depending on the needs of the program.
This position can be hourly or salaried exempt depending on the applicants starting wage which is based on the applicants experience in the IDD field, and management experience.
The ideal candidate must be flexible, able to prioritize, multi-task, organized, self-motivated and have excellent management/supervisory and people skills.
The candidate must have at least 2 years college and/or 2 years’ experience working in the IDD field and at least two years’ experience managing/supervising employees.
The candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Sick time starts immediately upon hire, for every 30 hours worked, the employee earns 1 hour of sick time, at one year of employment this changes to 8 hours earned each month as long as the employee is working at least 38 regularly scheduled hours per week.
Benco gives a 3% raise at 6 months,1 year, 1 ½ years, 2 years and annually thereafter until an employee reaches the cap on the wage scale.
Wage DOE, starting wage- $32,843.20 to $52,703.69.
