Assistant Farm Manager – $60,000-$70,000 DOE

A local Corvallis company is searching for an Assistant Farm Manager who will have core responsibilities in supporting Farm Manager and leading a team to reach production goals. The Assistant Farm Manager role is a vital role within the company, working directly with team members to collectively create a safe work environment and foster a culture of empowerment. Our Assistant Farm Manager will take the lead on safety reporting and tracking, acting as an internal resource on farm site demands, support manager with hiring and training. Perform basic maintenance of equipment, plant, harvest, spray, maintain and install irrigation pipes.
