Packager: The packaging operator is required to perform two functions: the bagging operation and the baler operation. The packaging operator must maintain the ability to perform both bagging and baler functions as determined by the Shift Leads. Operate machinery in a productive manner using the established safety guidelines and procedures. Responsible for assisting other production areas, as needed. Move and wrap completed products, and you will be lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a minimum of 7 hours per day. Positions are from 6pm-6:30am OR 6am-6:30pm with a rotating schedule ($18).
Millwright/Maintenance Worker: Diagnose issues with malfunctioning mechanical/electrical equipment and complete required repairs. Perform minor building plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed, execute preventive maintenance procedures and assist maintenance lead/manager in outage planning. Five years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills at a Journeyman level in Industrial Plant Maintenance. Five to seven years preferred. Nights, Full time, $28-$31/hr DOE.
Forklift Operators: Forklift operators needed for all shifts! Duties as an operator include loading and unloading materials. Label and sort shipments. Relocate items within the facility as needed. Operate a forklift, winch, or other machinery used for transporting or shipping materials. Forklift experience is required along with a driver’s license. Safety toe shoes are a must have as well as slip resistant. Monday – Friday, 2pm-10:30pm. Pay is at $18/hr DOE.
Shift Supervisor: Is the Coach, Leader and Manager of the production crew. They are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of themselves and all other employees working on their shift. This includes always maintaining an organized and safe operating environment and driving the company Safety System at the crew level. 3-5 years leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Direct wood pellet manufacturing experience preferred. Full time, Rotating days; 6pm-6am. The pay is $28-$31/hr.
