We are a new, local, family-run business in Philomath that specializes in sewer and rain drain repair, sewer and septic installation, utility installation, property drainage, and occasional crawlspace drainage projects. We are looking for a laborer that is willing to work hard and grow with the company. Preferably this person would be interested in working with our company long-term and would be willing to be trained. This job is for someone who is not afraid to work hard in all weather conditions, and get a little dirty. Pay is DOE, starting at $20/hr with $500/month for health insurance compensation and paid time off. Typical work hours are 7a-4p, with overtime paid. We try to be a flexible, easy company to work for. We care about our employees, and we consider them part of our family.
This position requires, at times, very hard physical labor.
