Responsibilities:
Framing: Construct and assemble framework for residential remodeling projects according to blueprints, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to building codes.
Flooring Installation: Install various types of flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a flawless finish.
1. Siding Installation: Perform siding installation on residential properties, including vinyl, wood, fiber cement, and other siding materials, while maintaining proper alignment and weatherproofing techniques.
2. Tile Work: Skillfully lay tiles for bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas, including floor and wall tiles, ensuring precise measurements, patterns, and grout lines for a professional appearance.
3. General Construction Tasks: Assist with general construction tasks as needed, including demolition, site cleanup, and material handling to support project progress and efficiency.
4. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on job sites, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices to prevent accidents or injuries.
5. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, including contractors, supervisors, and project managers, to achieve project goals and meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in residential remodeling construction preferred.
· Proficiency in framing, flooring installation, siding installation, and tile work.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
