Express is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Flagger to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to direct and control traffic at construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and control traffic flow around construction sites using hand signals, signs, and other devices.
Communicate effectively with construction workers to coordinate traffic movements.
Set up and remove traffic control signs, cones, and barricades.
Monitor traffic conditions and adjust traffic control as necessary.
Ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Report any traffic issues or incidents to the supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Valid flagger certification
Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
