Job Description:
Seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to maintain the grounds of Twin Oaks Mobile Home Park. Responsibilities include:
Lawn care
Street cleaning
Debris and garbage pickup
Leaf removal
Flower bed maintenance
Miscellaneous odd jobs
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
Plumbing
General maintenance
Small machine repair
Details:
Hours: 6–8 hours per week
Pay: $20 per hour
