Currently, we have two (2) positions up for grabs:
2 - Weekday Day Shifts Custodial Wizard: Full-time (40 hours a week)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm with weekends off.

Position Summary:
As a valued member of our cleaning team, you'll team up with friendly and hard-working individuals who share your passion for delivering exceptional cleaning services. Your daily mission includes performing cleaning tasks solo or in a team, cruising around in a company vehicle or your own vehicle, attending paid training programs, and always keeping it professional and friendly.
Cleaning duties during your shift will include:
- Washing windows and mirrors.
- Trash and recycling duty.
- Dusting inside/outside of buildings, including offices, entrances, and battling cobwebs.
- Wiping down and sanitizing surfaces.
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms.
- Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming floors.
- Mastering the art of common cleaning appliances and tools.
- Organizing the janitor closet like a pro.
- Reporting maintenance repairs to the management team.
- Checking off janitorial checklists at the end of each shift.
- Heroically locking doors and returning keys to guards.
- Following safety rules and precautions.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are our heroes!
- U.S. Citizen.
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Successfully passing a criminal history background check.
- Must be equipped with a cell phone.
- Possession of a valid driver's license or identification card (ID Card).
