Company: APEX Property Clearing, LLC
Location: Albany, OR
Schedule: Weekdays, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (seasonal demand may vary)
Pay: Starts at $17/hr.
What you’ll do:
Remove debris and load into trailers, dumpsters, and trash cans.
Operate a variety of hand, power, and air tools.
Follow written and verbal instructions in English from supervisors.
Drive company truck with trailer (training provided).
Work safely and efficiently, following all safety instructions.
Occasionally work while wearing a respirator and other required PPE.
What you need:
Valid Oregon Driver’s License (ODL) and willingness to learn trailer driving.
Able to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders/stairs unassisted.
Willing and able to work in all weather conditions.
Safety-first mindset and strong teamwork.
Nice to have experience hauling trailers and using power hand tools.
We will train the right candidate.
