Position Summary:
Are you passionate about maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for a Landscape Maintenance role in Lebanon, OR. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our client's property, ensuring it remains a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean grounds by removing litter, leaves, and other debris.
Prune shrubs and trees to improve growth, shape, and remove damaged parts.
Trim and edge around walkways, flower beds, and walls.
Cut and maintain lawns to ensure a neat and well-kept appearance.
Perform daily functional and safety inspections of assigned equipment.
Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and programs.
Promote safe work habits, including the use of earplugs, safety glasses, and other PPE.
Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
Support and follow company policies and management decisions.
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides to lawns, shrubs, and trees.
Plant and care for grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs.
Maintain and operate in-ground and drip irrigation systems, including timers.
Clean out drainage ditches and culverts.
Sharpen and maintain landscaping tools such as weed cutters, edging tools, and shears.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment such as lawn mowers, chainsaws, spreaders, and trimmers.
