We are looking for experienced millwrights for both the rubber and lumber industries!
The millwright position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in our facilities. Qualified candidates should possess a combination of mechanical, technical, and problem-solving skills to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our machinery.
FULL-TIME HOURS; PAY - DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE; NO BACKGROUND CHECK; MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST
Responsibilities:
- Install new machinery and equipment according to blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating parts, inspecting machinery, and replacing worn or malfunctioning components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with machinery, including motors, conveyor systems, and hydraulic systems.
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Align and adjust machinery to ensure proper functioning and optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
- Document maintenance and repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and equipment condition.
