Express is seeking a production associate for an international company, manufacturing products for the aerospace industry. They are a team of individuals focused on providing our customers with quality products and superior customer service.
The Production Associate will perform multiple tasks while paying particular attention to detail. Must be able to follow specific direction and differentiate among a wide variety of materials. Process materials to specified requirements ensuring top quality and accuracy. Visually inspect material being produced for defects; and corrects such defects as necessary. Duties are assigned according to a daily production schedule. Candidates must have good manual dexterity, basic reading, writing and math skills, the ability to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis. Adhere to all proper PPE requirements and guidelines. Work four (4) ten hour shifts Monday- Thursday and overtime as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - High School Diploma or the equivalent - Strong Positive Work-Ethic - Great Attention to Detail - Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) - Basic Computer skills - Good Communication skills - Support the team in achieving all Safety, Production and Quality goals - Observe and follow all safety rules and regulations - Must pass criminal background check/physical/drug screen.
