We are seeking a highly motivated, hard-working, reliable individual to join our team.
As a Landscape Crew Member, you will work on a team under the direction of the crew leader. You will participate in all work, including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, weeding, applying fertilizers, maintaining cleanliness of team tools and vehicles, etc.
As a Landscape Crew Member, you will work at a fast pace providing quality work with extreme attention to detail and safety.
Areas of Responsibility:
-Work with other Landscape Crew Member(s) on a weekly route.
-Keep pace with crew and maintain extreme quality of work and attention to detail.
-Mow, edge, blow, prune, rake, weed, apply fertilizer as needed.
Requirements:
-Honest and hard-working.
-Punctual and reliable.
-Get along well with others on your team.
-Receptive to learning and constructive criticism.
-Efficient and energetic.
-Follow all safety procedures.
-Ability to work outdoors and be exposed to all weather conditions.
-Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, carry, stand and walk frequently.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
-No smoking or cell phones on the job.
-Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Other:
-Valid Social Security number.
-At least 6 months experience in landscape maintenance.
-Provide 3 references to verify all above requirements (bring to interview).
-Valid drivers license and clean driving record (past 3 years).
BENEFITS:
-Competitive wage with room for growth ($19/hr to start, room for growth).
-40 hrs paid vacation after 1 year.
-Retirement plan after 2 years.
-Paid lunch time (1/2 hour).
-Bonus after 1 year (40 hrs paid in December to eligible employees. Partial bonus to new employees based on percentage of year worked).
