Are you interested in learning more about the winemaking process? Do you enjoy driving on country roads with beautiful views on your daily commute? Come be a part of our growing winemaking team for the 2024 Harvest Season!

We are looking for hardworking and self-motivated individuals who are willing to work long hours and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty. A typical work schedule will include working 12 hours 5-6 days a week, September through late November.

We are planning to provide weekly team dinners from our onsite wood fired pizza oven! We offer a competitive benefits package to our prospective Harvest Workers, including 50% off wine purchases from our estate wines as well as from our sister wineries and a $600 end of harvest bonus.

We will have just finished our summer bottling and are looking to get our Harvest Team in for training around the 1st week of September to prepare for the arrival of fruit, which we think will be the middle of September.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 General sanitation of winery - equipment and barrels.

 Assist in receiving, weighing, sorting, and processing fruit.

 Pump operation.

 Performing punch downs.

 Transfer wine and juice from tank to tank.

 Removing pomace from tanks and press.

 Barrel filling and topping.

 Other cellar work as assigned.

 Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

 Strong verbal communication skills.

 Comfortable working in a team or individually on tasks.

 Interest in learning, willingness to ask questions.

 Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

Physical Requirements:

 Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and

 holidays.

 Ability to lift 50 lbs.

 Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in changing weather conditions.

 Able to stand for long periods of time.

 Requires the ability to sit bend, stoop, twist, and walk over uneven surfaces.

 Manual dexterity sufficient to use a variety of hand tools without experiencing abnormal strain.
