Job Overview
As an Operator Apprentice, you'll:
Operate Equipment: Safely manage mobile and heavy machinery.
Use Process Controls: Utilize computer-aided systems to monitor and adjust operations.
Learn and Adapt: Quickly adapt to new tasks and learn various processes for operational coverage.
Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve operational issues.
Perform General Clean-Up: Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Key Requirements
Problem-Solving and Math Skills
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform demanding tasks and work 12-hour shifts.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work a rotating 4-on/4-off schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Experience
Manufacturing Experience: Preferred but not required.

Starting Wage: $22.80/hr. with a $3/hr. increase after 6 months.
