RNs and LPNs wanted!
Benco is looking to hire a part-time nurse that is able to work nights. At Benco you will have the opportunity to provide care for up to 5 adults who are intellectually and developmentally disabled.
Daily duties for this position include medication administration, monitoring vital signs, g-tube feeding, trach care, and diabetic care. Nurses work closely with the Direct Support Professionals to help provide ADL’s, transfers, repositioning and some two-person lifts. Some duties can also include community outings, doctor appointments, cooking and cleaning. We hope you will be able to help and have fun with the residents!
Set Schedule: Thursday – Saturday 11pm-7am (graveyard) = 24 hours per week.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Oregon LPN/RN license.
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Wages and Raises:
For our team, we love to show appreciation for all the hard work done and the lives being improved. A raise is given every 6 months for the first 2 years and continues annually! (Until the employee has reached the cap for their position)
Starting wage range for LPN $35 - $37.04/hr. DOE. Capped at $41.15/hr.
Starting wage range for RN $42 -$44.46/hr. DOE. Capped at $46.67/hr.
$2.00 per hour graveyard differential.
