Administrative Program Assistant

This recruitment will be used to fill one full-time Administrative Program Assistant position for the School of Civil and Construction Engineering at Oregon State University (OSU).

This is a limited-duration appointment expected to last approximately 1 year and 6 months from the appointment begin date.

This position reports to the School Operations Manager and is responsible for supporting the School of Civil and Construction Engineering (CCE) in the areas of undergraduate student support, course scheduling, assessment and accreditation, and graduate student appointments. Regular interactions are required with faculty and staff. In addition, the incumbent is expected to provide excellent customer service and assistance with a positive approach.

Be results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to problem solve.

Have the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across a wide stakeholder group.

Have the ability to prioritize workload and proactively manage expectations in relation to agreed deliverables, even when faced with competing priorities.
