JOB DESCRIPTION
DpsDave.com LLC is in the business of digitizing old school analog photographs for customers from all over the United States. Our unique equipment uses the latest technology in sensors, optics, illumination, computers, automation and software to create extraordinarily high quality scanned images at a market leading price.
DpsDave has a progressive compensation policy where an individuals pay is dependent upon the skills that the employee has mastered. Employees must pass certifications to be eligible to progress to the next pay grade. Movement into a higher job level is dependent upon business need and the employee certification status. Pay ranges are from $13/hr. to $22/hr for direct labor positions.
This position is an entry level position focused on our customer service and assisting the President with business management and development.
Job duties include:
Answer customer calls, recording information, answering questions.
Maintain record of customer status, call backs, problem reports
Respond to customer email requests
Manage customer request for feedback process
Catch customer online chat requests
Mange customer needs attention escalation process
Manage Accounts receivable & billing
Keep front office an inviting and professional looking space
Provide backup for Scanner Operators
Interact with walk in retail customers
QuickBooks entry & reports
Enter order data into data base
Assist the President with administrative duties as time permits.
PAY
This position is paid hourly. The rate of pay is $13.00 per hour, paid every two weeks
Initially, the position is 20 hours a week, M,W F 10-4, plus 2 hours as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma
Right to work in the USA
Able to sit for long periods
Able to pass a background check
Demonstrated attention to details and good memory
Demonstrated ability to read, understand and follow complex instructions
Track record of reliability, maturity, and safety on the job
Familiar with Windows 10, Word, Excel and PowerPoint & Outlook
High level of written & spoken language skills
Track record of successfully engaging customers and resolving conflict
