Front Desk Position – Behavioral Health Clinic
Are you someone who thrives in a client-centered environment where compassion and professionalism go hand in hand? Our busy outpatient counseling clinic is seeking a Front Desk Person who is warm, reliable, and highly organized — someone who values human connection and is motivated to support healing work behind the scenes. Part-time, 25 to 32 hours per week to start.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in clients using trauma-informed practices (training provided)
Confirm insurance and demographic information at each visit
Ensure intake paperwork, consent forms, and documentation are complete and current
Collect co-pays and communicate office policies with clarity and empathy
Answer phones, return voicemails, and assist with new client inquiries
Administer and document drug screening UAs
Manage appointment flow, support provider schedules, and provide general front office support

Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Value consistency, confidentiality, and collaboration
Have experience in medical, behavioral health, or administrative roles (a plus, not required)
Are bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus, but not required)
