RJS & Associates Insurance Services is a locally owned, well established insurance agency seeking an Life & Health benefits Agent/Insurance Specialist to work in our Philomath Oregon Office. We are looking for someone who can work independently within a team setting, provide excellent customer service to our group clients and be self motivated.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Candidates must be licensed in Health/Life and/or be able to obtain a license before the start of your employment.
Will solely be responsible for all Group Health Renewals and Administation work.
Assist Producers in managing deadlines for up and coming renewals.
Quote, Service Health insurance policies for Small and Large Group.
Answer Phones and Set appointments.
Prepare Proposals
Desired Qualifications
Experience in the Health/Life/Medicare Insurance field desired
Strong work ethic
Organized and able to multi-task
Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
Proficient in MS Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, AgencyBloc, Setmore calendar system etc)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
