We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Coordinator. Experience in Property Management a plus.
Summary of position: You will follow up & schedule maintenance requests from tenants, communicate with Property owners, tenants, vendors, and maintenance technicians. Scheduling of move out walk throughs with tenants, follow up with Owners on condtion of property and approvals on maintenance requests. Schedule the Maintenance Techs for their daily jobs.
Looking for a person that is well organized, can handle multiple tasks, prioritize their work and still meet deadlines. This can be a very fast paced work environment, attention to detail is a must. Basic omputer skills and customer service skills required.
Position will be part time to start, with the possibility of working into full time.
