We are currently looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our skilled team in Tangent, OR!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Answer the main telephone, screen calls, and greet visitors while providing excellent customer service.

- Manage the receipt and delivery of daily mail.

- Take payments from customers and record appropriately.

- Schedule and coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and staff lunches.

- Maintain and manage the Knife River retail store.

- Order, maintain and track kitchen/office supplies.

- Run miscellaneous office errands.

- Provide administrative support to various departments (company mailers, copying, filing, data entry, etc.) as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Two years of receptionist, secretary, administrative assistant or similar work experience.

- Microsoft Office experience required.

- Ability to multitask well and operate computer equipment proficiently and accurately.

- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Demonstrate strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner; display professional written and verbal communication.

- Have the ability and tact to handle difficult customer phone calls.

- Have a sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle information of a confidential nature.

- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.

- Possess an Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record.
