Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.
This is a full-time & or part time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities: - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Manage office supplies and inventory - Organize and schedule appointments - Assist in data entry and record keeping - Provide customer support and handle inquiries - Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity - Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents - Support office management in various tasks as needed
Experience: - Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Customer service-oriented mindset.
