Stillwater Apartments is seeking a part-time handyman/maintenance and repair person. Job involves painting, janitorial cleaning, passenger (residents) bus driver and general labor. Team member must have a valid driver's license
Requirements:
Work independently and become a team player
Have tools (some)
Pass background check and drug screening
Be On Call 2 weekends per month
Fair Housing Training or We will provide a training course every year
Emergency Calls
Janitorial/Bldg Cleaning weekly
Light plumbing
Paint Unit Turns
Apartment Turnovers
Resident shopping 1x week
Work shift will be 8:30am-2:00pm Monday-Friday (allows for a 30min lunch)
