Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to support our property management team in efficiently managing our portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with tenants, vendors, and management to ensure the smooth operation of our properties. This position is full-time, Tuesday - Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management of residential properties, including leasing and tenant relations.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Conduct property inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Assist in the leasing process, including conducting property tours, screening prospective tenants, and preparing lease agreements.

Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Maintain accurate records of property-related activities, including rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease agreements.

Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, including rent collection, expense tracking, and invoice processing.

Collaborate with the property management team to implement strategies for maximizing property value and enhancing tenant satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in property management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or real estate administration preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.
