Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Leasing Agent with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 384-unit apartment community of Timberridge and Somerset Place Apartment Homes, located in Albany, OR. This beautiful, Class-A apartment community has an outdoor swimming pool & spa, athletic court, fitness center, picnic area and community clubhouse.
The Leasing Agent will be responsible for all aspects of apartment leasing including answering the phone, greeting, and assisting residents, touring prospects, maintaining curb appeal, marketing units, and accurately preparing leases and other documents.

Location: Timberridge and Somerset Place Apartment Homes (Albany, OR)
Hourly Rate: $18-$22/hr.
Schedule: FT, Thursday - Monday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs.
Additional Compensation: A monthly $25 cell phone stipend and bonus eligibility
