We are seeking an On-site Apartment Manager or Manager team to become part of our company. The person(s) hired for this position will be responsible for two separate properties that are approximately 1.5 miles apart from each other.
Responsibilities:
Oversee property; coordinate all vendors and maintenance.
Attract and educate new Residents.
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
Update and improve properties to increase return on investment.
Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely manner.
Enforce property rules and regulations.
Perform minor maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping.
Water lawn and flowerbed areas manually.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or other related field.
Familiarity with Multi-Family contracts and leases.
Familiarity with Oregon Tenant-Landlord laws and Fair Housing.
Ability to build rapport with residents, but maintain a professional relationship.
Ability to Multi-task and prioritize.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, scanners, fax machines, digital cameras, etc.
Compensation:
3 bedroom, one bath house with fenced backyard.
$800-$1000/month salary for management.
$12.00/hour for maintenance, unit cleaning, landscaping work.
Paid company cell phone.
We are looking for a on-site manager, but would prefer a team that can do both management and maintenance. If you are applying as a team please submit your resumes together, but both individuals should have their own resume that explains their employment and educational backgrounds.
