Join Our Albany RV Team as a Parts Counterperson now under New Ownership!
Albany RV is looking for the next experienced RV Parts Counterperson to join our team on the Retail Counter. The ideal candidate will possess a wide-ranging skill set including problem solving, communicating to achieve a common goal, and meticulous data entry with various vehicle parts from each market brand.

Position Highlights:
-Collaborate with a skilled team of recreational vehicle professionals to provide top-notch service to our valued customers.
-Utilize your communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address their vehicle maintenance needs.
-Contribute in creating a positive culture under new ownership!
Primary Responsibilities:
-Properly identifying needed parts using DMS and parts catalog with technicians, in person customers, via phone, or through email.
-Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
-Shipping and receiving.
-Maintain proper storage of parts.
-Stock shelves.
-Pick-up and delivery of parts from suppliers.
-Keep department and work area neat and clean.
-Other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in RV business, automotive service, customer-facing roles, Dealertrack DMS preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow established procedures
