Albany Toyota is looking for the next Parts Superstar to join our team on the Retail Counter. The ideal candidate will possess a wide-ranging skill set including problem solving, communicating to achieve a common goal, and meticulous data entry with various vehicle parts from each market brand. Prior dealership experience and knowledge of DealerTrack is preferred.

This position will be expected to order, receive, and distribute parts orders to appropriate destinations. Will be expected to multi-task within demanding time requirements with accuracy. The right candidate will be positive, honest, and adaptable.

Primary duties will include but not limited to:

- Shipping and receiving

- Maintain accurate storage of parts

- Stock shelves

- Accurately identifying requested parts within parts catalog

- Assist retail customers, wholesale accounts, and Technicians

- Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping

- Upselling additional parts and accessories as determined necessary

- Pick-up and delivery of parts from other dealerships and suppliers

- Maintain cleanliness of department and \ work area

Required skills for the position are as follows:

- Excellent customer service in person and over the phone

- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Works well individually and as a team player

- Extreme attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and assist where ever needed

- Basic computer skills
