SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED -FULL TIME-

RESPOSIBILITIIES

Provide administrate support to the sales managing team.

Service to Sales letters and phone calls.

Respond to customer inquires about selling their vehicles.

Communicate with clients via phone and email to address inquires and provide information.

Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system for tracking.

Assist in the reconditioning process for the dealership

-Checking in trade ins

-Update New Car Programs for Sales Team

-Update Used Car List

Coordinate with other departments to support sales initiatives and customer needs.

Help manage inventory and dialog with vendors to ensure a timely reconditioning of used car inventory.

Assist the Sales Team in helping customers.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Customer Retention Management software.

(Training is available for CRM)

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for the automotive industry and eagerness to learn about our products and services.
