About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will:
Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers
Proactively reach out through weekly calls, scheduled visits, and regular benchmarking
Take the lead in creating marketing materials that provide real value to our customers and the industry
Collaborate with company leaders to develop services and product offerings
Contribute to continuous improvement and company growth initiatives
