Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and skilled independent contractors or booth renters to join our dynamic team. As a member of AJS, you'll have the opportunity to maintain full creative autonomy while benefiting from our supportive community and shared resources. Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional personal care services with attention to detail and mindfulness.
-Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized workspace.
-Uphold the values and cultural standards of AJS, including integrity, inclusivity, and environmental consciousness.
-Manage your own appointment schedule and client relationships.
-Collaborate with fellow providers and contribute to a supportive and cooperative atmosphere.
Qualifications:
-Valid Oregon licensure and certifications required.
-Demonstrated expertise in hair design, color, and/or holistic beauty practices.
-Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

-Full time renters receive one month free rent yearly
Rental rates vary based on full-time or part-time agreements:
Full Time: 5 days a week / $800 per month (Avg. $40 per day)
Part Time: 3 days a week / $600 per month (Avg. $50 per day)
Part Time: 2 days a week / $480 per month (Avg. $60 per day)
Per Day Fee: $70 per day ($65 per day if paid monthly)
Each rental agreement is customized to the practitioner, anticipated use, experience, and needs.
